Plant figs in well-draining soil in full sun. Container/potted figs can be planted anytime of the year. Figs need plenty of water during fruiting season.
The second fig crop is known as Breba (or Breva in Spanish). A Breba crop develops on the old wood of common fig trees during spring after the fig leaves emerge. The branches which bear the Breba crop are from the previous year’s main fig crop production which develops on 1 year old wood in fall or later summer.
Prune accordingly to maintain preferred size and after the fruit ripens.
Brown Turkey Fig

The LSU Tiger Fig tree will grow 8-12 feet in height.

Harvest when the fruit forms striations and neck slightly shrivels for best quality. Figs tend to droop from their stem when ripe as well.
Conadria Fig
The Conadria Fig is a berry flavored large size fig with light green skin and bright red/pink colored flesh.
The Conadria Fig tree has a more conical growth habit and may reach 8 - 12 feet in height.
Great for eating fresh or for drying.
